In February 2014, our events were held in different schools near Manila.

We went to Philippine Agricultural Youth Leaders' Summit and gave a talk about "Applications for Agriculture in the Modern World." We've had a Thesis Ideation Seminar and a Dart Flight School event during the ICS Technology Expo of University of Santo Tomas on February 11 and 12, respectively. We also had our Dart Flight School Manila on February 15 at De La Salle University, Manila. In cooperation with PhilRobotics, we also talked about Android and Arduino at the Polytechnic University of The Philippines Annual ECE Conference (February 18). On February 22, we went to University of the Philippines -Los BaƱos for a GDG Campus Roadshow. We talked about Google Chrome, Google Maps API, Google Map Maker, YouTube API, and Google Programs for students.

2nd GTUG Zamboanga Meetup + Hackathon

The GTUG Zamboanga chapter finally shifted from 'Incubating' to 'Active' status after conducting their 2nd Meet-up last November 6, 2010, Saturday, at the Carlos Dominguez Conference Hall (CDCH) in Ateneo de Zamboanga University. It was co-presented by the Ateneo Cipher Manics (ACM) Club.

Around 40+ local developers, educators and students attended the meet-up. We had talks like Android 101 (thanks to Mr. Dean Isaac, our resource speaker), Google for Educators, Students and Web Developers, and we had our very first hackathon using Google Maps API. Congrats to the winners!

Until our next meetup! :)
